Power Poses
Power Poses integrates Pilates' core-strengthening principles with the flexibility and balance-enhancing techniques of Yoga. Immerse yourself in a blend of flowing movements and controlled exercises, promoting physical strength, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Based on the PRAMA Flow program, Power Poses features a combination of Yoga and Pilates which help improve flexibility, stability and strength all while reducing stress and tension.

In this class, you’ll move through circuit of 8 stations. You’ll perform 2 sets at each station before moving on to the next.

Each person uses individual equipment, customized to your fitness level and physical capabilities.
Our certified instructor will help you modify any move necessary.
Power Poses incorporates movements that can adapt to any fitness level and the exercises are designed to ensure everyone feels comfortable while performing them, even with no experience.

Thanks to slower, more focused movements, the dynamic exercises work body mobility and control. This class will help you to improve your core strength while also giving your legs one heck of a workout.
