  • Based on the PRAMA Athletic program, this class is a high performance workout, designed to improve power, speed, agility, and functional fitness using explosive movements.

  • In this class, you’ll move through our 8 stations in super sets.

    You’ll move between two stations 3-4 times, preforming one set of a movement at each. Then, you get to move on to the next two!

  • Each person uses individual equipment, customized to your fitness level and physical capabilities.

    Our certified instructor will help you modify any move necessary.

    This program can test your limits, so be ready to give 100%, no matter what your 100% looks like.

  • If you’re looking for a challenge, Power Hour is it! This class balances strength and cardiovascular training to take your workout one step further than you thought you could go.
